Juss Fruit Juices and Nectars

Juss produces the fruit juices and nectars that Turkish households keep in the fridge door, packed in one litre tetra cartons and smaller single serve sizes. The range covers one hundred percent sour cherry and apple, peach and apple, mixed fruit nectar, pomegranate and sour cherry fruit drinks. Sour cherry is the signature: tart, deep red and far more interesting than the sweet berry juices sold elsewhere, and it is drunk cold alongside rich food rather than at breakfast.

One hundred percent juice is pressed fruit with nothing added, nectar contains fruit pulp with water and sometimes sugar, and a fruit drink has a lower fruit content still. Chill all of them thoroughly, refrigerate cartons after opening and use within three days, and shake nectars before pouring since the pulp settles.
