How to brew Turkish tea correctly

Fill the lower pot with water and bring it to the boil, put dry leaf in the upper pot to warm, then add boiling water to the leaf and let it steep on low heat for at least fifteen minutes. Pour a strong base into each glass and top with hot water. Never boil the leaf directly or the tea turns bitter.
