When Does My Credit Card Get Charged?

We do not charge your credit card until the time of physical shipment unless you are paying with PayPal. During checkout, we only authorize your card.

How Does "Free Shipping" Work?

Free shipping weight restrictions vary by U.S. state. When eligible, you can select the Free Shipping option at checkout without needing a promotion code. We reserve the right to use any shipping method for free shipping orders.

How Do You Ship Perishable Items?

Perishable items are wrapped in ice. If your state is more than 2 days from NJ by ground service, a Perishable Surcharge is applied. We DO NOT ship perishable items internationally.

Order Tracking

To track an order, click the link provided on our website. USPS regular mail typically does not include tracking unless Priority Mail is selected.

Cancelling Orders

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via email or by calling 1-866-885-8622. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Times

Orders received by 2:30 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day if items are in stock. Shipping time varies by location and method. Tracking emails are provided. No shipments on weekends or holidays. FedEx does not deliver on Mondays.

International Shipments

We ship internationally to select countries listed in the registration COUNTRY box. Shipping options include:
- USPS First Class International (approx. 30 days)
- USPS Priority Mail International (9–10 business days)
- FedEx International (2–7 days)

Customs may delay delivery. We do not split international orders unless requested.

- Order weight
- Shipping method
- Destination country

International Food Shipping

We do NOT ship perishable items internationally. You may order dry food items at your own risk. Customs clearance is the customer’s responsibility.
