The satisfaction guarantee applies to every product we ship from our own fulfillment center. If an order arrives and it is not what you expected, you do not have to argue your case: tell us what went wrong through the contact page and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full once the original product is returned. That is the whole promise, and it has not changed since the Tulumba.com days.

How to make a claim

Get in touch through the contact page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and tell us which item the problem concerns. A short description, plus a photo if the issue is something you can see, usually means we can sort it out on the first reply rather than the third.

Because we pick and pack from our own warehouse rather than handing orders to a third party, we know what leaves the building. That control is what lets us stand behind every box, including the chilled and frozen items that travel cold-chain.
