Welcome to TG Gourmet! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TG Gourmet's website, located at https://www.tggourmet.com, and for orders placed through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

Orders, Pricing & Discount Codes

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors or stock issues. Discount codes are limited to one code per order and, where stated, one use per customer. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or automatic promotions.

Perishable Products & Shipping

Frozen, chilled and other perishable items are shipped with appropriate packaging and carrier services. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and to receive the package promptly upon delivery. TG Gourmet is not responsible for spoilage caused by delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or packages left unattended after delivery confirmation.

Returns & Refunds for Food Items

Due to their nature, food items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.

Allergen Notice

Product ingredient and allergen information is provided by manufacturers and may change. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should always check the product label before consumption. TG Gourmet is not liable for individual reactions to products.
