Baking lahmacun at home

Bake straight from frozen on a preheated tray or stone at the highest temperature your oven reaches, for three to five minutes only. Do not defrost first and do not use a low temperature, since lahmacun needs fast, fierce heat to stay pliable. Fill, roll tightly and eat immediately with ayran.
