Simit Sarayi Turkish Bakery Products
Simit Sarayi is one of the best known bakery names in Turkey, built on the sesame crusted bread ring that Istanbul runs on. The Simit Sarayi products in this collection bring that bakery counter format to your kitchen, ready to warm through and serve with white cheese, olives, tomato and tea. Simit is chewy inside with a lacquered, molasses dipped crust heavy with toasted sesame, and it is eaten at every hour of the day in Turkey, from a rushed breakfast to a late study snack. Packaging protects the ring shape in transit.
How to refresh simit at home
Give simit four to six minutes in a hot oven, not a microwave, so the crust crisps again while the crumb stays soft. Split it and fill with feta style cheese and cucumber for breakfast, or serve it whole alongside strong tea. Unopened packs freeze well and reheat straight from frozen.

Ordering Simit Sarayi online should be as simple as picking it off a shelf. If anything in your Simit Sarayi order arrives damaged, message us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it without an argument.
Seasonality still matters with Simit Sarayi. Some lines arrive with the autumn harvest, others are produced year round, and a few appear only around Ramadan and the two bayram holidays. We list new arrivals as soon as they clear the warehouse, so if a Simit Sarayi product you want is temporarily unavailable it is usually worth checking again within a few weeks rather than assuming it has been discontinued. Signing up for restock notifications on the product page is the simplest way to be told the moment it returns.
